We match each company with a "been-there, done-that" mentor to help guide the company through the program, providing advice and support (or a kick in the pants when needed), opening doors and making introductions. The mentor is a dedicated resource for the course of the program -- and often afterwards. They spend a significant amount of time with the DreamIt companies and are a core part of the experience.
In addition to the dedicated mentor that each company receives, we also bring other experts to help advise companies during the course of the program.
