The Matching Process
After we've chosen the companies, we go to work connecting you with appropriate resources to help you succeed so you'll have a full team when you arrive on-site. .· You'll be matched with a dedicated DreamIt Mentor, who will provide you with the coaching, encouragement and tough love you need to bring your dream into the real world.
· We'll provide you with a legal team from a top tier Law Firm who will donate most startup services to you during the summer. We can also provide an Accounting Firm relationship if you require it.
· If your company needs additional talent to round out your team, we'll introduce you to top Strategists and/or Hackers that we think could be a fit. Ultimately, it's your company and you will decide if you want to add one of these people to your team.
